Reservation & Visit

Refunds are not available after payment.
Please keep in mind that the conditions of use vary for each voucher.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, it will automatically be canceled.
If you bring your passport, you can receive a 7-8% tax refund. Please make sure to bring your passport if you wish to receive the tax refund (applicable only to payments made on-site). Use the tax refund machine inside the clinic for the refund.

Go up to the 7th floor and show your Trenvl reservation details to the staff.
Wait for a moment in the lobby.
When your name is called, you will be guided to the consultation room to receive information about the procedure you will undergo, including the process, sequence, and duration of the treatment.
Follow the instructions and receive your treatment.
At the information desk, you'll receive detailed instructions and recommendations for post-treatment care.
After your treatment, make sure to take your retouch card. If necessary, you can get a pre ion and take or apply the medication from a nearby pharmacy.
