If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.

Things To Keep In Mind

Please shampoo your hair on the day of your visit. If not, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged for shampooing (on-site payment).
Basic hairstyling includes simple curling. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested style (half-up, full-up, etc.) (on-site payment).
Bringing reference photos of your desired makeup style can help achieve the look you want.
Please reserve the service according to the number of people receiving treatment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the reservation will be automatically canceled without a refund.
If you have sensitive skin, please bring your own skincare products when booking makeup services.
When booking makeup, come with only basic skincare (toner, lotion) applied.
Additional charges may apply based on the type of makeup or hairstyling requested after consultation.
The makeup service offered at Shym, Gongdeok Mapo branch is daily makeup. Additional charges may apply for specific makeup requests (on-site payment).
Avoid sunscreen with white cast and lip tints with staining effects during makeup services.
Makeup services take approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
