Things To Keep In Mind

Reservation

• If the reserved date and options don’t match, the reservation may be canceled without notice, so please choose carefully.
• This event is 100% reservation only, and there will be no on-site sales. 
• This event is only available for the schedule selected at the time of booking. You cannot participate in a different schedule from the reservation. 
• This event is automatically confirmed upon reservation. However, if the number of tickets purchased does not match the number of people entered, the reservation may be canceled even after confirmation.
• This event is open to participants aged 7 and older (born before 2018). School-age children and teenagers (born between 2007 and 2018) must be accompanied by a guardian. (Each person must have their own ticket. Children under 7 are not allowed to attend for safety reasons.)
• If the reserved date and reservation options do not match, it may be canceled without notice. Please select the correct date and option.
• This event is open to attendees aged 7 and above, and school-aged children and teenagers must be accompanied by a guardian. (For safety reasons, children under 7 are not permitted.)
• This event is exclusively for foreigners, so only those with foreign citizenship or permanent residency can purchase tickets. Korean citizens (without foreign citizenship or permanent residency) cannot participate in the event, and entry will not be allowed even if they accompany a ticket holder. If such tickets are purchased, they may be canceled after participant information is verified. Cancellation notices will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
• Participants (including both the ticket holder and any companions) must present proof of eligibility (physical passport) at the registration desk on-site. Admission will be granted after verification by the event staff. Please note that Creatrip cannot decide admission eligibility, and if admission is denied, Creatrip is not responsible.
• This event is for foreigner-only tickets. If a Korean purchases it, it may be cancelled without notice, and Koreans cannot participate in the event. (Accompanying foreigners is not allowed, but foreign passport holders can enter.)
• If you are a Korean national with foreign residency rights, please present your passport and proof of documents on-site. The final decision on whether entry is allowed will be made after verification by the Korean Cultural Heritage Foundation staff. Please understand that the above matters are beyond the control of Creatrip, and we will not be responsible for any refusal of entry.
• This event includes admission to Changdeokgung Palace. 
• Tickets cannot be purchased and used on the same day. 
• A maximum of 2 tickets per person can be reserved. If you purchase more than 2 tickets, the entire purchase may be cancelled. Also, the tickets reserved cannot be transferred between acquaintances.
• Please enter the information of the booker and companion at the time of booking. If the information of the booker and companion is different, or if the reservation is made fraudulently, it will be invalid and no refund will be given if discovered. 
• If you use fraudulent methods or purchase tickets for the purpose of reselling, the ticket may be canceled and usage restricted without prior notice upon discovery. 
• If you have any allergies, vegan preferences, or other special requests, please indicate them at the time of booking and inform the staff on site.
