Safety Information

Always wear a seat belt when traveling by vehicle.
Be cautious when getting in/out of vehicles and crossing streets.
Exercise extra care when swimming or participating in water sports. Warm up beforehand and never swim after eating a heavy meal or consuming alcohol.
Guests with physical or medical conditions should avoid activities that may be strenuous.
Please keep valuables and cash secure to avoid loss.

Terms & Refund Policy

This product follows the Standard Conditions of Domestic Travel.
The itinerary, attractions, meals, and hotels may be adjusted through prior consultation.
Bookings should be made at least one week in advance.
This product is operated as a private tour and cannot be joined with other groups.
Special dietary requests (vegan, vegetarian, halal) must be notified at the time of booking.

Additional Information

Travel insurance is not included.
After visiting Myeongdong, guests will have free time to shop at duty-free stores.

Missing the tour due to late arrival: No Refund

Things To Keep In Mind

A reminder email will be sent between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM one day before departure. It will include a group chat link to communicate directly with the tour staff. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
The actual boarding time for the Beach Train or Sky Capsule may be adjusted depending on the conditions on the day.
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. To avoid delays for other guests, the shuttle will leave on time. (No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.)
No refunds will be given if you miss the tour due to lateness. Be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
The tour schedule may change depending on traffic or weather conditions.
Sky Capsule max capacity: Each capsule can hold up to 4 people and may be shared with other guests.
Children under 36 months can join for free, but a separate shuttle seat is not provided. Please bring a passport for age verification.
